    We'll call you and collect your name, address, phone number, logo, shop photos and your preferred site address.

    Your site goes live and you become its admin in this same bot; bookings arrive there.

With your barbershop's own link, customers book inside Telegram, get reminders and can message you directly. The website and Telegram share one calendar, so a slot is never double-booked.

Opening hours & days off

Open daily 9 AM to 9 PM by default. Start and end times, appointment length, weekly day off and closing a specific period — all managed from the bot.

Add a product's photo, title and price in the bot; the latest three appear on the home page and the rest on the products page.

Gallery, before/after & About

The barber organises portfolio photos into categories, uploads colour and keratin before/after shots and introduces the team.

Discount codes & packages

The admin creates a code and it is shown in the bar at the top of the site; the customer gives it to the barber.

Reminders & birthday greetings

An automatic reminder goes to the customer a few hours before the appointment, and a birthday greeting is sent on their birthday on behalf of the barbershop.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need any technical skills?

No. We build the site; managing appointments happens in Telegram. If you can send a Telegram message, that's enough.

Will my barbershop get its own bot?

No, it isn't needed. All barbershops live inside the EnBarber bot and each one has its own link. A customer who enters through your link only sees your shop and books only with you.

What will my site address be?

A dedicated address on our domain, like enbarber.duckdns.org/s/barber. You choose the last part; if it is already taken, we will let you know when we build it.

Can I change photos, address and phone number later?

Yes. Message support inside the bot and we'll change them for you. Services, staff, gallery, products and opening hours you can change yourself any time from the “management panel”.

Do customers need Telegram too?

No. They can also book from the website with just a name and mobile number. Every booking from the site is reported to you instantly on Telegram.

What if two people pick the same slot at once?

Only one booking is saved, and the second person is told immediately to choose another time.

Will my service prices be shown on the site?

No. Service prices are intentionally not shown anywhere — only service names. We show product prices if you want us to.

Where is my customer data stored?

Each barbershop has its own separate database and only that shop's admin has access to it.
